Balance and co-ordination are fundamental to gymnastic movements and those included in CrossFit programming. Whether it’s how to climb a rope or how to hold a handstand, this class is designed to coach our members through progressions to achieve those goals.
Olympic Lifting is not just about lifting heavy. Mobility and dynamic power are just some of the benefits to performing the Clean and Jerk and the Snatch. Our Olympic Lifting coach is there to take our members through the technical aspects of these lifts for those wanting to improve these lifts.
Let's face it…parents telling their kids to be home in time for dinner doesn’t happen anymore. So it’s more important than ever for kids to run, jump, move and play. These classes will teach kids how to move properly and with proper technique.
