One of the most enjoyable facets of training at CrossFit Zelos is the community aspect of our gym and the cameraderie of our group classes.

If you are brand new to training and nervous about stepping into a new gym and learning movements you have never performed. This program is for you

The CrossFit Zelos FUNDAMENTLS Program is run over 3 sessions and is designed to induct new members into our group classes as smoothly and enjoyably as possible. We will allocate your very own coach to guide you through the workouts whilst the class takes place.

It’s like having your own personal trainer in the class.

UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP

$65 per week – paid fortnightly

Our UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP gives you access to all scheduled classes with no weekly limit.

  • Kids area to leave the little ones while you train

OFF-PEAK MEMBERSHIP

$47 per week – paid fortnightly

Our OFF - PEAK MEMBERSHIP gives you access to all scheduled classes at 7am and 9.30am, Monday to Friday

  • Experienced CrossFit 'accredited' Coaches

  • Capped Class Sizes

  • Electronic Work Out Journal

  • Kids area to leave the little ones while you train

  • Access to chill out area to enjoy coffee, shakes and snacks

  • Support from the fun and helpful CrossFit Zelos community

$25 per adult class

ONE on ONE COACHING

Focused one on one coaching sessions can be really helpful. There might be an area of your fitness, nutrition or mindset game that needs a little more attention.

CROSSFIT

CrossFit Is for Everyone!

The CrossFit Zelos community is made up of teachers, students, busy executives, parents, tradesman and more.

A strength and conditioning program which includes various forms of weightlifting, gymnastics, running, jumping, skipping and rowing, all with structure and purpose and aimed at getting you fitter, faster and stronger.

Our certified, expert coaches will ensure each workout is perfect for you.

Your grandmother could and should do CrossFit!


CrossFit KIDS/TEENS Classes

Let's face it…parents telling their kids to be home in time for dinner doesn’t happen anymore. So it’s more important than ever for kids to run, jump, move and play. These classes will teach kids how to move properly and with proper technique.

ZELOS GYMNASTICS

Balance and co-ordination are fundamental to gymnastic movements and those included in CrossFit programming. Whether it’s how to climb a rope or how to hold a handstand, this class is designed to coach our members through progressions to achieve those goals.

OLYMPIC LIFTING

Olympic Lifting is not just about lifting heavy. Mobility and dynamic power are just some of the benefits to performing the Clean and Jerk and the Snatch. Our Olympic Lifting coach is there to take our members through the technical aspects of these lifts for those wanting to improve these lifts.

CrossFit Classes

BLAZE

The focus of this class is getting hot and sweaty! In this class we put away the barbells and use more bodyweight movements designed to improve cardio vascular fitness. Workouts are a little longer to target those endurance goals.

ZELOS STRENGTH

“Life is easier when you are stronger.” Strength training is an important aspect of overall health especially as we age. Regardless of whether you are male or female, young or…more mature this class focuses on improving overall strength.

OPEN GYM

A supervised but non-coached class. This is a time for members to use the gym as they please. They can catch up on a workout, do their individual program, work on weaknesses or accessories, practice for competition, stretch, or even just hang out.
