CrossFit Kids is a program designed to meet the physical and developmental needs of children and teenagers (aged 5 to 17 years). It helps to shape young lives by giving them a fun, highly interactive alternative to traditional sports.

Our classes combine gymnastics, body-weight movements and weightlifting elements to develop important fitness principles such as ability, co-ordination, balance, flexibility, strength, cardio, endurance, stamina, agility, speed and power.

The program incorporates exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play – pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift, jump and more. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of qualified CrossFit KIDS Trainers*. And we scale all workouts and movements to accommodate all ages and abilities.

* Our coaches are fully accredited CrossFit KIDS Trainers, have undergone a Working With Children’s check and hold current First Aid Certificates.


LITTLE SPARKS (5 to 11 years)

Our CrossFit Kids programme for ages 5-11 years teaches all of the foundation CrossFit movements which help to improve balance, co-ordination, cardiovascular fitness and strength as well as improve their social skills, their teamwork and their overall confidence. 



TEEN TITANS (12 to 17 years)

Our teens classes build on the fundamental movements taught in the KIDS programme and incorporate additional elements that transition toward the type of workouts we do in adult classes. The elements are combined to keep our teens engaged, interested and challenged to achieve better results for themselves. 

KIDS Classes:

Monday 3.45pm to 4.15pm

Wednesday 3.45pm to 4.15pm



TEENS Classes:

Monday 4.15pm to 5pm

Wednesday 4.15pm to 5pm


8 week term/2 sessions per week = $297 (inc. GST)

  • Classes are capped to ensure students receive the most out of every training session.

  • It is compulsory to book and pay for your child for the entire term in advance (ie prior to the commencement of the term).

We expect classes to fill very quickly for both the CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Teens program. Your place will only be secured once payment in full has been made.
